My progression in the public sector reached a standstill due to limited opportunities for growth and development and self satisfaction. Motivated by a desire for new challenges, I ventured into property development.
Since 2010, I have cultivated a small Buy-to-let (BTL) portfolio, mastering the art of property management alongside my full-time role as a facility manager. Initially, my journey lacked a strategic blueprint, but through experience and serendipity, I gained valuable insights into the BTL and property markets.
